PWR Construction Company is a Total Quality Management commercial and industrial design / build general contractor located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky and also licensed as a Tennessee Contractor, holding a BC: Unlimited certification. We offer not only traditional general contracting services, but also pre-construction, construction management, design / build services and specialized concrete construction such as machine bases, trenches and tunnels. We perform a large amount of work on a competitive bid basis; a substantial portion of our work is negotiated. This work includes conceptual estimating, value engineering and other detailed pre-construction services.
